【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentappliesformachineryandplantsforthepreparationofconcreteandmortarasdefinedin3.1.Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforthedesignof:a)batchingandmixinginstallationsforconcreteandmortar;b)poweredmixersforconcreteandmortar,includingforstorageandhandling;c)wastefreshconcretereprocessingplant.Itdoesnotincluderequirementsrelevanttotruckmixers.Themachinerymaybestaticoritmaybecapableofbeingmovedtoanalternativeposition.1.2Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachineryandplantforthepreparationofconcreteandmortar,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Theexceptionsareexplosionhazardswhenusingflammableorexplosivematerialsthataresignificantbutnotdealtwith.Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Maintenanceisdealtwithbutnotnoiseduringmaintenance.1.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineryandplantswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
