【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300givesguidanceonspecifyingtherequireddependabilitycharacteristicsinspecifications,togetherwithspecificationsofproceduresandcriteriaforverificationandvalidation.Theguidanceprovidedincludesthefollowing:–adviceonspecifyingquantitativeandqualitativereliability,maintainability,availabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements;–advicetopurchasersofasystemonhowtoensurethatthespecifiedrequirementswillbefulfilledbysuppliers;–advicetosupplierstohelpthemtomeetpurchaserrequirements.Otherdocuments,suchaslegislationandgovernmentalregulationmayalsoplacerequirementsonsystemsandtheseshouldbeappliedinadditiontoanyspecificationsderivedinaccordancewiththisstandard.NOTE1Whilstmainlyaddressingsystemandequipmentlevelreliability,manyofthetechniquesdescribedinthedifferentpartsofIEC60300mayalsobeappliedtoproducts,itemsoratthecomponentlevel.Thetermsystemisusedthroughoutthisstandard.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotgiveguidanceonthemanagementofdependabilityprogrammesoronthevariousactivitiesnecessarytofulfilstatedavailability,reliability,maintainabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements.Forthisgeneralguidance,seeotherstandards.NOTE3Safetyandenvironmentspecificationsarenotdirectlyconsideredinthisguide.However,muchoftheguidanceinthisstandardcouldalsobeappliedtosafetyorenvironmentalspecification.NOTE4Specificationsforthedependabilityofaservicearenotconsideredinthisguide.ThisincludestheprovisionofaservicesuchasthoseprovidedthroughPublic-PrivatePartnershipprocurements.
