【摘要】:Thisclauseofpart1isreplacedby:Thisinternationalstandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyheatedgulliesforde-icingtheinletofthedrainagesystemofflatroofs,balconies,andsimilarstructures,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE101Attentionisdrawntothefactthatinmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE102Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoappliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
